Refund Policy

B2B SaaS — paid modules and enterprise features. Last updated: 30 August 2026.

1. Scope

This policy covers paid software modules and enterprise features purchased as add-ons to the free base version through our reseller Paddle (Merchant of Record). Paid plans are offered exclusively to businesses (B2B); by purchasing you confirm you act as an entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 German Civil Code.

2. Billing, term and cancellation

3. No refunds for the current period

Once a module has been provided, the fee for the current period is final and non-refundable, except where a refund is mandatory by law or under the Paddle Buyer Terms. Cancelling or deactivating a module before the end of the year does not result in a pro-rata refund; you remain liable for the full term, and access continues until the paid period ends.

4. Technical defects: cure before refund (B2B)

On a technical fault or the failure of a promised feature, you are not entitled to an immediate refund. You must report the defect to our support in text form without undue delay, with a reproducible and detailed description, and grant us a reasonable period to cure (bug fix or equivalent workaround). No right to extraordinary termination, price reduction or refund exists for insignificant deviations from the description or short, industry-standard, technically-caused outages.

5. If a cure fails

Where a cure demonstrably and finally fails, any economic reversal is governed primarily by the terms and approval processes of the Paddle Buyer Terms in Paddle's capacity as Merchant of Record.
